Garlic and Rosemary oil (makes one litre)
1 litre Minos extra virgin olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, sliced
few sprigs rosemary
1. Place Minos olive oil, garlic and rosemary in a saucepan. Heat until just below boiling point.
2. Allow to cool. Strain oil into jars or bottles.
Add extra flavourings if liked. Seal well.
Use for drizzling onto salads, vegetables or bread. It also makes great dressings.
Note - Try other flavourings such as sliced fresh chillies.
